Mission: The
Illinois Headwaters RC&D will serve as a
catalyst to develop and foster community-based
partnerships to protect the natural resources of
the region through coordinated planning and
responsible development.
The council will provide the leadership to
create plans that improve the standard of
living, quality of life and economic vitality of
Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kendall, Kankakee and
Will counties for the benefit of present and
future generations. |
